Elizabeth is busy putting her dressmaking skills to the test, and is creating some very beautiful and interesting shapes. This dress has a great salmon color that is perfect for next Spring, and it features an intricate twisted design on the waist and shoulder straps. Much like Elizabeth’s hair, it catches the wind quite nicely.
She chose the Highline, a favorite place of mine, as the location for the shoot of her new dress. The weather was sunny, but a bit chilly. We came at the right time, because there weren’t too many people, but just enough to keep things interesting.
She posed and strutted above 10th Avenue on the steps of the amphitheater-like steps, and then we moved down to a spot with a great view of the Hudson while the sun was setting. The whole scene was very beautiful, and like the Highline, showed a view of beauty in the city, and nature in the concrete jungle.
Let me know what you think!
